One of our border switches was replaced for a new model as result of frequent hardware failure. The switch was scheduled to be replaced but as problems occurred again last night we decided to switch over immediately. Although traffic has been re-routed over our other uplinks, packet loss may have been noticed to certain destinations running over our Global Crossing feed. Historical related issues have now been permanently dealt with and changes made have given us room to improve and optimize our network even further. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, should you have questions feel free to contact support. Netrouting NOC |
